Manufacturing Production Planning and Quality Management System

In this project we performed a detailed analysis of our client's business processes and delivered a comprehensive solution aligned with their digital transformation goals. We built a scalable, maintainable system through user experience focused design principles and a robust software architecture. The project was executed with professional project management methodology across requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing and go-live phases. Post-delivery support is provided in line with customer satisfaction and continuous improvement principles. SAP integration and real-time OEE calculation features were added.
